상점 이름·로고·고객센터와 비회원 주문 허용 여부(`guestCheckout`), 주문 가능 상태(`checkoutAvailable`)를 돌려준다. `guestCheckout`이 false면 로그인하지 않은 구매자의 주문서 생성·결제 요청이 403 `GUEST_CHECKOUT_DISABLED`이므로 주문 버튼을 로그인 안내로 바꾼다. 장바구니 담기는 막지 않는다. `checkoutAvailable`이 false면 결제 요청이 409 `PAYMENT_NOT_CONFIGURED`이므로 장바구니·주문 버튼을 숨기고 「지금은 온라인 주문을 받지 않습니다」 같은 안내(고객센터 전화가 있으면 함께)를 보인다. `checkoutMode`가 `TEST`면 테스트 결제다.
