스토어프론트 검사 시작
작업 트리에 타입 검사·lint·test 하나를 시작한다(편집 환경 없이 된다, 마감 150초). 항상 202로 검사를 돌려주고 결과는 `GET checks/{checkId}`로 조회한다. 같은 종류가 돌고 있으면 그 검사, 다른 종류면 409 `CHECK_RUNNING`(`error.details.checkId`)
